From the thumbnail I wasn't sure if I was going to like this, but when I see the close-up...wow! I love it! It really conveys that misty setting, and I love how the building looms in the background like that, it's very foreboding.
I'm not fond of those white & black borders as I think they often take away from photos, especially as it doesn't have uniform thickness. I'd experiment a bit with different styles But the photo itself is excellent, well done!
